The holidays are a time for giving and sharing. Some travel to be with their loved ones, and some stay home and celebrate their own holiday traditions.
But for many families their wish isn’t for lavish gifts. It’s for the health of another member, it’s the wish for heat, a roof over their heads, food to feed their families.
That is why the Girls of Hair and Heels have decided to donate to several charities from now until the end of December.
Our goal is to raise at least $500 this holiday season to be divided amongst the charities.
On November 25th, the Friday after Thanksgiving, (also known as Black Friday) all calls taken by the girls of Hair and Heels (Gemma, Ivy, Alexandria and Alexis) will be donating to our corresponding charities. The wife is out shopping and you are at home stroking for a good cause (or causes).
However, we are only 4 people.
Millions of people and thousands of charities depend on the kindness of others for a hand up during this holiday season.
Perhaps you have a charity that is close to your heart, a shelter in dire need, or a family looking for a hand up…The girls of Hair and Heels want to spread the holiday cheer to everyone we can.
Submit your charity and/or shelter to the girls of Hair and Heels and we will place you on our giving tree. Perhaps there will be more holiday love and your charity/shelter will be sponsored.
Please email with the information of your charity, why it is important to you and any questions you may have. Once accepted, it will be placed on the LDW giving tree.
