What would you say is your favorite thing about being a dispatcher with LDW Group? My favorite part of being a dispatcher is getting to interact with all the callers and the ladies – huge variety of personalities and backgrounds.

How long have you been a dispatcher?  How did you get started? I’ve been a dispatcher for 5 years – My Sister Tara was one of the first LDW Mistresses, and she told me over and over what a great company it was to work with. I was ready for a change in my professional life and made the jump and have never regretted it.

Can you tell us an experience that you’ve had while dispatching that was particularly gratifying? Well, it’s always nice when you can make someone’s day by getting ahold of the Mistress they are dying to talk to, or knowing that you’ve set them up with someone they are really going to enjoy but we have a client who is near and dear to all of us who is going through the TG process. She called right after leaving the courthouse from having her name changed and was so proud and wanted us to know. That was one of the first times I realized the impact that we have in some of our callers lives. It’s pretty special.

Do you have a philosophy about your job?  If so, what is it? My philosophy with customer service, is pretty much my philosophy with life – Treat people as you want to be treated. I love hearing that we have the best “phone sex” service, but I want our customer service to rival anything our clients encounter, even in their own workplace.

For those that don’t know exactly what you do, can you explain it to us? Well, in addition to being the lovely voices on the end of the phone, we are running billing, making sure that the ladies aren’t going over time on calls, sending and answering messages, checking to see when a certain Mistress will be on… it’s a lot of multi tasking, but I love it.

We all know that being a dispatcher with LDW Group can be fun sometimes.  Tell us about a particularly fun or funny time you’ve had while dispatching. Well, any time there is a Mistress party or special event in the chat room is a fun night – I like to go in and hang out and watch the madness happen.  A great moment that always sticks out for me is with a caller that I have an easy back and forth with – he likes to try to trick me on occasion, so I thought I’d turn the tables on him one night, and in my most serious voice told him that his favorite Mistress was now requiring a password, and did he have it. I only let his heart attack go on for a second or two, but we both had a great laugh over it.

What one thing comes to mind that comes “Free” in your life that you appreciate the most? Having control over my schedule. I have certain hours that I typically work, but since we are a 24 hour service, I appreciate the “free”dom over my schedule. I learned very early on that a 9-5 job would never make me happy, this is the perfect fit.

If you were making a list of the five things (NOT people) that make you happiest in life, what five things would you write down? 1. The Ocean, I live about 5 minutes from the water and I can’t imagine ever being away from it, it keeps me centered. 2. My dog – he’s not technically a “person” (not that he knows that) but he makes me incredibly happy. 3. Running – I started doing marathons about 8 months ago – completely addicted. 4. Walt Disney World – it is my ultimate happy place 5. Sirius Radio – I just discovered it this year and will never be without it again.

What is your favorite saying or quotation? There is a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women…. Madeleine Albright

If you could have any book instantly memorized from cover to cover, which book would you choose? The Bible. I’m actually agnostic, but I have high regard for people who have memorized passages, and can recite them at will.

What would you say is your one guilty pleasure in life that most people don’t know about you? I will watch any and every cheesy dance movie. I love them all.

Are you passionate about something?  What is it?  Can you tell us about any current personal projects you are working on?  Do you have any special interests, volunteer projects, pet projects, hobbies, etc. you’d like to tell us about?  For instance, what do you like to do in your spare time? I try to stay active in my town, so I do volunteer quite often. I always seem to have some house project going on either inside or out – I’m teaching myself about design, and landscaping… sometimes the results are pretty abysmal, so it’s  slow going. In my spare time, you can catch me out running, at the beach with my dog, or relaxing and watching The West Wing, which is my most favorite TV show of all time.

Is there anything you’d like to share about yourself that we haven’t talked about tonight? Just that I really appreciate all of our callers, and the fact that they choose to call us – it’s always great to hear a familiar voice on the other end, or be able to send someone to a new mistress that you know they are going to love. I find it exciting to talk to so many people around the world – I’m a sucker for the British and Irish accents, so I especially love it when those boys call! – keep calling in, checking in with live help if you have a question, and letting us know how we can keep LDW your favorite place to be.
