Well, no, actually, let’s talk about the rules themselves for a minute.  The one I’m specifically talking about here is the “no masturbating/cumming without permission” one.  And most guys are fine with this rule, but what happens if, one day, in a moment of weakness, you break it?  I can’t speak for all Mistresses, but when one of my subs breaks that particular rule, the consequences come in the form of ruined orgasms and CBT.

Why?  Because the punishment fits the crime, mostly.  Cumming without permission gets you a ruined orgasm.  Masturbating without permission gets you CBT.  And both of those teach you that very unpleasant things can happen to your dick if you use it in unauthorized ways!
