Hmmm, I dunno, she was signed in and available 16.5 hours out of her 24 hour Featured day, and she was on the phone for 13 of those 16.5 hours. The 2.5 hours she was not actively on calls was almost exclusively the 2 to 3 minutes it takes between when one call ends and the next starts. So from this end, it seems to me she did do a lot on her day. Did you have trouble getting through?
Then I have the worst luck because 5 times during the day I came on the site and her pic was not there as signed on. Then from 6 till 10:30 EST I checked almost every 5 minutes and found no sign. I am sorry if my experience does not reflect what happened but a few other people I know that use this service said they had the same experience. Maybe it was the site, maybe it was bad luck
