LDW sets the standard for phone sex service. I would. I have called many, many times over a few years. I don’t know how many calls I’ve made at this point, but I’m always amazed at how friendly the dispatchers are with me. Allison will always take the time to ask how I am doing. Dallas, always makes me beg/plead to transfer the call, which is so much fun. Ryan scares my pants off, if there not already, lol. Tori, Hannah, and Ms.Ally, are always efficient. I can’t think of a single company that provides the level of service that LDW does.

I talked to Alison the dispatcher today about this thread. She said that sometimes, she feels that you (the callers) are in a hurry to get through to your Mistress of choice, and so she doesn’t engage in small talk unless the caller seems to want to do that.
I also talked to Dallas about the comment Paul mentioned, which was:
“Rating from 1 – 10: 10
Dispatcher rating: 1
Would you call mistress again?: Yes
Would you call service again?: Yes, in spite of Ms. Dallas snotty attitude”
…and with the original Rate My Call submitter’s permission I did post it originally, and will post it again on the Mistress’s Reviews page.
Ms Dallas and I talked about it and she admitted that she was in a bit of an impatient mood that night, and that “99% of the time” she is very understanding, courteous and patient (and I can vouch for this, I hear all the time how helpful Ms Dallas is on dispatch). And she admitted that unfortunately, this caller caught her during a 1% impatient moment.
I’m sure you’ll hear from Ms Dallas in this thread, and perhaps some of our other dispatchers. On their behalf (and my own), again I thank you for giving us this feedback. It’s our goal to provide amaaaaazing customer service. When that’s not happening, we rely on you to tell us, so we can fix it.

You’re right, especially this month! The November promotion has brought a much higher response than we anticipated, and we’re frequently very busy at dispatch. However, this is not an excuse for us to ever be less than polite and courteous.
I hadn’t had a chance to speak with the dispatcher in question about that review, and so I did remove the review until I had a chance to talk with her about it. Personally, I believe that all feedback – good and bad – should be made public. I want visitors to have a complete and unbiased (REAL unbiased, not Fox News Style unbiased) idea of what kind of service we are, and critical customer reviews are a big part of offering that.
So I’ll put talking to that dispatcher about the benefit of unbiased reviews on the top of today’s to do list.

I love doing calls with your service. I have been for quite a few years now. The only thing that I can suggest is maybe having a little pow wow with your dispatchers. I understand people in general have different levels of friendliness and somedays are better than others. But I have to be honest…sometimes I get discouraged from calling because there have been more than a few instances where your greeters aren’t so nice. I would say accurately, 90% of the time this is the case. If I had to guess, I’ve called 100-150 times..maybe more…I can only think of 2 or 3 occasions (literally) where I’ve heard a friendly voice before I get connected to someone who actually sounds appreciative of me calling. Maybe this could change and maybe you’d get a lot more callers…I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way….just a suggestion…thanks

Dear LDW group, I am writing to thank you for the opportunity to speak with Alexandria for free last night. I have written to her before and I really enjoyed being able to speak with her. I only wish that I had not made the mistake of talking about myself so much and listened to her more.
